respecting the Towing of the large Boat
I now call to mind the Boat was
towed by the old barge
and continued to do so
until I considered it was
dangerous, the Boat having been condemned
Acting Harbour Master,
requesting
I wrote Mr Wilmot re
permission to break the above mentioned
Boat up and the
reply was
he did not
think it dangerous
as the Boat
always Towed and made the remark to
Mr Kirk, R. E., that I was never
satisfied...
